How We Started Orphanage

We started our orphanage Ministry in 2009 by the direction of Lord Jesus.

It was about 3 in the morning and I was half sleeping & half awake. All of a sudden I saw a golden light enters in my room from the window which was in front of me and then I saw pierce hand coming toward me from that light. I get so scared because I never experienced anything like this before. I was trying to awake John (my husband) who was laying next to me but I felt so weak and didn’t have strength to speak.

But then I tried to open my eyes to see whose hand is this? Or Maybe I can see the face as well but it was such a bright light that I can’t see the face. However I hear His voice, and I still remember it was so powerful and soothing voice which fills my heart with great peace and comfort. Jesus said to me, “I have chosen you for my work”. Would you work for me?

I responded to that voice “Please tell me your name because I don’t know who you are? And He said to me “I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior and I bent on my knees and asked him I don’t know it was you my Lord but I know now and I will go where you take me and I will do whatever you will speak to me.

He said that I want to use you for my children who are broken, weak, rejected and neglected, people hate them but I love them. And I said to Him “Yes my Lord” and the final words he spoke to me that I am always with you and I will come to rescue you in the time of need and I will never leave you alone.

I awake John when this happens to me and i tell him everything i remember and we both bend on our knees and pray for hours and thank Him. Then after months of Praying and Fasting we met our 1st orphan kid in 2009. We have dedicated our lives for the work of Lord Jesus and we will never stop serving Him and His people until our last breathe.

We are currently raising 37 children in Little Treasure Orphanage located in Lahore (Pakistan). Started by Violet, John and their family. We believe that all children deserve to live in safe, nurturing environment where they can feel valued and loved.

Over the last few years we literally rescue children from slavery, child labor, abuse, neglect, and recruitment by terrorists. We pay fees to rescue or free the children, then clothe them, feed them, outfit them for school, provide healthcare and most important spiritual education and so much more

Our Focus

At LTM we believe that caring for orphans is a God-given priority that must be nurtured and intentionally focused upon to be effective and lasting. We focus our time and energy to be aware, not just of the needs of orphans, but more importantly, God’s heart toward them.

James 1:27 – “Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you.”

Proverbs 31:8-9 – “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed. Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice.”
